Arrived pretty late at night and was given my room, I was traveling for a wedding so I was traveling with a lot of stuff. Finally unloaded everything and got it into my room to find that the door did not lock properly and the security bar was installed improperly so it was unable to be used. Not safe, but I happen to travel with door bar so l just decided to use that and not move all my stuff. I then went to relax and watch TV and sure enough the TV did not work. This place presented well on Booking.com. Completely disappointing in person. Staff person was wonderful and welcoming. Our room keys did not work TWICE. We were given wrong room. Shower was squealing while in use and cable did not work. Also, train rolls by TWICE nearby. Yes, A TRAIN is part of this experience. The only thing pleasant about this booking was the young man making and serving breakfast.
Location was perfect for a last minute stay and was very gorgeous!! I highly recommend!!! Noise level was low, everyone was engaging and kind, and the beds were comfortable.
Night shift /Grave shift front desk person had a very bad attitude. She needs a nap and a new job. The room itself is very good for the price. Spacious and most importantly clean.
