Room 202 had shattered tile in the bathroom that can easily cut someone. The safe wasn't even attached to the wall so it fell over and almost smashed my toes when I tried to open it. The bed nearest the window has a ton of filth including food and previous guests clothing. Plus, Wyndham has a serious problem with giving customers their deserved rewards points. I'm done with this cheap ass, disgusting chain
I received great service from Swetha on Sept 6,2026 And for 92.00 my best friend found this hotel as close to my Delaware, OH my home to stay. Full hot tub, pool, breakfast. This one day hot tub closed! What a deal!
Friendly front desk team, easy parking, and very comfortable beds. The room was clean with working AC, a microwave, and fridge. Excellent location near downtown Delaware and OWU. Great value for the area!
Facility is very worn down - needs new flooring and a paint. Also, half the electrical outlets in our room didn't work and the lamp didn't turn off without unplugging it. Last, and probably the worst, we smelled pot smoke throughout the hotel (NOT SMOKE FREE HOTEL!!!) - had to block the bottom of the door our last night to keep pot smoke from coming in from the hallway. Next time I will stay down the street at the Quality Inn instead.
The bathroom tile was broken, and there were hairs left in the bathroom. The A/C was extremely loud, and the Wi-Fi was terribly slow. The freezer in the refrigerator was not working either. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. Breakfast was terrible every single day. Overall, the stay was very disappointing.
