They left my credit card information and my picture id -their copy- on the front desk for everyone to see and take a picture of, after consideration I went to the front desk to see a copy of it, and she gave me someone else’s credit card information and picture id - open season on identity theft
The staff was nice. That's a really low bar of expectation for a hospitality service, but that's the only nice thing I can say for this hotel. To start with, this is not a hole in the wall, off the beaten path hotel. It's on a busy roadway between I35 and Houston. The parking lot was full. Lots of guests. When you drive up to the hotel, the landscaping is bad. The windows in the lobby have a film on them. When you enter the lobby, the entry rug has an 18" long tear across the logo.
