I am soo impressed and thankful for the hospitality that my Mom and I have received by Candy, who overseas the front desk, the housekeeping services, and the customer service at the baymont inn Crestview. My Mom has a physical disability and Candy who overseas and manages many areas of this hotel went above and beyond to make sure we got a first floor room and that it was allergen free being that we both have severe allergies. Not the very best location. Cigarette holes in the blankets,m&ms and hair in the gloor beside the bed. Exposed wires in ceiling , non working fixtures and fridge. Staff overly nosy .

Weird film in the bathtub, no stopper, and a hole in the wall. There was also a faint fishy smell and stains on the blankets. I also stumbled on some roaches around the bed. Didn't want to psyche myself out and check for bed bugs. I decided to just sleep in the chair and leave as soon as I got the sleep I needed.
