Unless you like being called obscenities repeatedly by the staff, then STAY AWAY. All reviews you see are legit and don’t do justice to what you will experience. I personally was called an MFer about a dozen times just trying to sort out our reservation. Wyndham Hotels does not care either as they refused any help. I didn’t stay and my money was taken and the owner openly bragged about it. Stay away from Wyndham Hotels, Baymont Inns and especially this place.
Room had the closet ripped out, markings on the wall from a large item, and no coffeemaker in the room. Icemaker was stated to be down due to a recent storm with an estimated refill time of 45 minutes. A no breakfast note was at the front desk, not a major issue as booking was done through a third party. The carpet feels gritty and gross if walked on more than a few steps. Security is nil, due to the side door not able to close completely. Unfilled shower supplies and a stained and dripping tub faucet.
The building was a disaster. It looked like the whole place was going to fall apart. The beds were clean, but everything else was dirty. The whole inside smelled like Marijuana. If I could have found another hotel with vacancies, we would have left.
DO NOT STAY HERE. You would be lucky if there was someone even there to check you in. The site said 2:00 check in we waited for 2 hours and minutes. Till someone finally showed up. And when he did he walks in rude as can be. There was another group waiting also. And the manager/ owner walks in saying to everyone one "are you staying or not. I don't care.
