We did not expect to have a 1000 dollar room when we booked,but for the price the room was nicely furnished and CLEAN. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was above average. I think this was a great value especially for a family with children. Great stay!
When we walked into our room, it smelled like rotten food. There were crumbs all over the floor. I had to clean the toilet seat before sitting. It had urine on it! The sink had hair in it as well as the bath tub. We went down to the pool area to get out of the room. It was gross. Lollipop sticks on the floor. Bandaids on the floor. Crumbs and food on the chairs. This hotel was rated pretty good. That is why we chose it. I cannot wait to get on to our next stop. Thank goodness we are only here for 1 night.
Nice clean and comfortable. Staff was also nice will stay again
