The best place to rest in Cookeville, TN
Manager that worked A.M on 9/28/2025 was absolutely rude claiming we were making our own grab bag saying for a free breakfast if we would leave with any food our room would be charged couldn't eat or drink in our room. Ceiling stains, very small bed pillows. Pool closed already in 90 degree weather. Carpets sticky stain. Hallways smell like Marijuana. Very uncleaned.
Terrible place! The lady at the front desk tried accusing us of stealing food. Lobby had two go bags and she stated she didn't put them out and I found the bags and filled them. We had other people and are traveling. I do not recommend!
We were an extended stay. Housekeeping walked in on us without knocking several times, and after we complained they quit coming to clean our room. Manager asked us to leave because of us asking for cups and spoons to feed my 3 year old son and 11 month old. We were accused of trashing the room, expected to clean the room ourselves, empty our trash daily, manager told me that my husband was lying to me when he told me how the owners treated him. Extremely unprofessional, old outdated rooms, do not recommend to anyone.
Location view wise great but far from town.
