I paid for my room a week before on my credit card. I arrived and they told me I didn't have a reservation. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company because the wouldn't refund my money plus I had to go get another hotel 🤦
Selected this place originally because it had charging for my EV. Ugh, it would have taken over 36 hours to charge my 25' Equinox Ev unfortunately. Right on top of an airport, yet surprisingly noise was not an issue. Desk clerk was great both at night and in the morning. They kept the breakfast foods stocked. Not a huge selection, but your typical free breakfast items. Room was just Ok. They are pet friendly and we had a Yorkie, with an extra $25 pet charge that was not advertised.
