If I could describe my room in one word, it would be Moist. In the entryway and bathroom laminate was forever slightly moist it felt like it had been mopped recently but never fully dried. In the bathroom the fan did nothing, it was as if the switch was only to turn on the light and wake a ceiling gnome to blow into a kazoo that made whirling noises. Very nice people who work here. Especially Sweetie at the front desk. She is very welcoming and friendly. Also, another woman who helped us when our AC wasn’t working in one room and they couldn’t get maintenance on it because it was the middle of the night.. She then helped us move to another room right away and upgraded us! Rooms are very clean and newly renovated.

The building just smells awful especially in the hallways. When we got to our room we couldn't watch TV at all had the TV had no signal, couldn't get the water to shut off easily in shower, did not have juice or water at breakfast, and the waffle maker was not working properly even though it was still there to use. Room was clean just nothing worked at all which sucked and we had to find somewhere else for breakfast.

this hotel is in a great location! panera, culver’s, taco bell, target, and the columbia mall are all in walking distance. decent hot breakfast with eggs and sausage and gravy. fitness center is very small.
