Quite possible the most disgusting, poorly ran, outdated, and miserable hotel I’ve even been to. Got to my room and the sheets were filthy, furniture was broken, and stains all over the carpet. Asked for a different room and it was the exact same. Demanded a refund and the front staff worked said no problem, come to find out he just cancelled my room and was charged full price. You’d be better sleeping in a parking lot. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves.

They charge a 100 deposit and it took about 25 days and me.having to send in proof of deposit before it would go back on card dont support hotels that charge deposits. I mean seriously when was the last time someone stole a TV from a hotel and apart from damage gave them arrested and use your insurance that's what that is for. I'm not your insurance company. Plus the hotel smells like mold and they have a weird thing with not allowing debit cards from certain banks. Stay clear of this one trust me

Room could have been much cleaner. The toilet and some of the small appliances didn't work well or made a lot of noise. Breakfast was decent and hotel appearance was good. Great location.

Starting with the good, The rate was super reasonable, they allowed us to check in early, and they were very polite at the desk. Location is great as well. We got a hot tub room, the hot tub was clean and the bedding was fresh. That's about where the good ends, The room was pretty filthy. We spent nearly an hour cleaning when we got there. Every surface was sticky or visibly dirty, fridge was uncleaned, microwave still had greasy fingerprints all over it.
