This room was okay. There is a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Doors slamming, and knocks on the door, and walls. They didn’t clean our rooms after we went out for a while. No fresh towels or anything., Got up at 6:30 to go eat their breakfast, and the breakfast was invisible. There was no breakfast. Why not? Won’t stay at this one again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Motel 6 in Clute/Lake Jackson, no kleneex, only one hand towel had to ask for another hand town so I could dry my hair after my shower. No drinking cups in room had to ask for them. Breakfast was TERRIBLE only 4 sausage patties, scrambled eggs and gravy that looked like Paste, NO Cereal, milk, orange juice, hot tea bags, no bread for toast VERY POOR BREAKFAST had to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. This place is absolutely horrible, everything is broken, there isn't any water or water fountain only an ice maker that doesn't work. I was put into two rooms because the TV's didn't work, not the remote the TV's! They told me there was nothing they can do after switching rooms and on top of that I am a handicap individual tell me why my room wasn't accessible I had to deal with the regular room.

Got to room 114. Door looked like been kicked in. The lock was busted. Key cards had to use like 20 times to get door to open. Bed cracked like was broken. TV remotes didn't work. Paint in bathroom ceiling was peeling off. Cob webs in corners of room. More dust behind everything then west texas. Breakfast was hard as rock biscuits, cold lumpy gravy and tiny sausages. Staff was rude when told them issues. Tried to check out at 1030am and no one at desk. Cleaning lady said they would be in 30 to 40 min. Told her about issues w... read more
