This place is awful. Booked a room for my parents. And their room key didn't even work. They had to try numerous different keys before they finally got it to work. Then they double charged me. And only after much complaining did they finally refund me the extra charges. And the icing on the cake, there was an overwhelming smell of Marijuana in the lobby when I first checked in. This place in pretty nice. Compared to the other Baymont in the area, this one is the best. The room was cozy and clean. Considering all the guests in the hotel it was very quiet. Next time I am in the area. I am staying here!
Well my one of a kind walking cane was taking and never returned. I had recently had a stroke and really needed it but the hotel did nothing to find it..
Staff is friendly and polite but overwhelmed.
