The hotel itself probably deserves two stars. There was a constant drip in the hall, the fitness center is being removed, the bathroom vent didn't work so showers made the whole room humid, and the air conditioning in our room could adequately cool the room in October! The sheets were also stained and frayed. But I gave it four stars because the service was top notch in spite of the physical limitations. The pool was closed the whole time and the fitness center was closed also with no open date for either one! I was never asked if I needed supplies for the room or if I needed anything.
Mattress needed replaced. Broken down. No support.
This hotel was perfect for us as we were traveling on through. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was very nice & I told them of couple things. Great value for the money. Close to get back on 75. Will stay there again when traveling.
Place was filthy.Bed was loaded with bed bugs.Have pictures but I'm not sure how to load them up.The women at the front desk are busy bodies. There always fighting and trying to get into everyone's business. The front entrance door only opens once in awhile.The matainsnce dude is a big jerk.He never does anything and most everything doesn't work.. The ice machine leaks all over the floor and the quest drier doesn't work.The pool water is disgusting and full of stinkie soapy water.
