The staff is the absolute best I've ever dealt with at any hotel across the country!
Staff was rude and not helpful and didn't want me using my windam rewards.
Wished I had read the reviews prior to booking . Pool isn’t open, neither is fitness room. Waffles for breakfast that’s it. We weren’t in the room one evening and came back to the door propped open. The housekeeper had been in there when they weren’t supposed to . The bed did turn out to be fairly comfortable. The staff at the desk were very helpful .
Very clean room no pool maintenance of course pet friendly my bulldog loves going out
