Bed bugs, dirty smelly rooms, AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Where do I start? Our room door would not close at all. Anyone could push on it and get in. Very dangerous and it's a safety hazard. Staff closed the pool hours earlier than supposed to and opened the next day and the water was freezing. I booked the suite for 5 ppl and there were 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 bath mat. Upon asking for more towels and wash cloths I was told they were out and that it would be an hour. Checked back after an hour and still none. Staff was helpful and attentive/efficient - and the location (right off I-75) was ideal for our purposes (stopping for the night on our way thru with 4 children). The indoor pool the kids liked - and the breakfast was underwhelming - just adding some yogurt selections would be a big plus in my mind. My sense was the location, like many businesses, is just understaffed for the size of it. Not really a bad experience, but most things seemed tired - it was being painted in places.
