Woke up with bug bites on my stomach, back, and shoulders. When I removed the sheet, I couldn't find evidence of bed bugs but the mattress was stained not only on the top but down the the sides, too. The room smelled musty with a little bit of stale cigarette smoke. The carpet was torn to shreds at the bathroom door. The fridge and the cabinet it sits in were disgusting. Tried the jets in the bathtub (surprisingly clean!) but they were super loud (sorry to whoever was in the next room).
Staff was great and helpful
My fiancée absolutely loves this hotel and their breakfast is amazing even though he only eats their cereal. The beds are comfy even though they are a little tall for me to get into, due to having a weak side makes everything to get into. I find your hotel amazing i believe none slip mates should be available upon requests?.
