This place is awful. My sister slipped and fell in the shower in August of last year which caused damage to her spine she has made attempts to speak with someone other than the rude manager and the rude front desk. And all they could do on booking.com chat with hotel option was insult her and was very uncaring. They all should be ashamed of their behavior. They are always rude to black people its disgusting.
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty, had a very unpleasant smell, and there was noticeable humidity and dampness in the air. The furniture and carpet felt poorly maintained, and the overall environment gave a very uncomfortable and unhealthy impression. I could not relax or feel comfortable at all during my stay.
