Owner/ front desk clerk was very rude and he overcharged me. With tax the rate was supposed to be $98 with a $100 deposit. I was charged the full amount. I was only in the room for 4-5 hours to sleep, as I was passing thru Charlotte on a business trip. I did not smoke in the room and was barely in there to do any damage or mess up anything. When I checked out at 6am, I asked for a receipt and was informed it will be sent to me via email which I have not received.
