Booked 2 rooms back in January for February the 10th stay in Charlotte in between flights. Booked with rewards points and $ confirmed the booking. We got to the airport called for the shuttle never got an answer there were five of us in the party. We took a taxi to the hotel to find it closed and all the mattresses stacked up outside. Went to the Comfort suite. We never got any kind of notice that the place was closed, thanks Wyndham.
This Hotel is closed now for major update with another floor being added. When this is done it will be 5 star all the way. This will be the last review for a while. I am sure of it. I just helped move some things for a friend who worked here. 2025 will be all new!
