I drove 6 hours and arrived at the hotel around 11pm, only to immediately discover bed bugs infesting an entire mattress upon walking into the room. The staff explained that since I booked through a third party, they could not issue a refund directly, but to their credit, they were not rude about the situation. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was very poor.
