Very very bad hotel, everything ist old in rooms and very dirty. 0 star
Until Wyndham gets this hotel fixed, DO NOT BOOK here unless it is absolutely last minute. The cleanliness of the hotel is not up to American standards, fitness center is busted and full of mold and leaky pipes, food is as basic as I have seen, smell in hallways is pretty bad, AC in lobby is great but the rest of the hotel is 80 degrees of higher. Do not stop here, rooms have roaches, 2nd room they tried giving us had a broken outlet, and broken lock, 3rd room was ok. The only reason we stayed is because we had been driving for 16 hours and needed a break. Otherwise, I would have kept driving.
Employees tried to kick me put a day early came to my door at and that asked me how did I get back into my room as that tried to deactivate my door card reminder all my things were in the room and I had a day left.. Thay insisted I pack up and leave bc I'm late to do so so as I'm packing up he says lemme go confirm and come back to tell me I'm right he made a mistake and remind you I didn't get anything out of that and then had to unpack my things and even the next morning that were at my door at 11sharp... This was the first time in my life that I left a hotel due to room cleanliness. It was disgusting. If I could give less than one star, I would. The desk clerk Britney was pleasant and efficient. That the only good thing I can say about this place. Be very wary of staying here.
