Made a reservation here through a second party app and ended up leaving without a refund after 2hrs. Checked into 206, luggage cart had 2 flat tires, I got moved to 135. Carpet was wet and the light turned off during my shower. Went to swap rooms and separate customer on 3rd floor complaining of soiled sheets, pee in toilet, no towels, and hair on floor. Disgusting, Unsafe, and Completely Ignored by Booking.com This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel — and with Booking.com. I couldn’t even stay the night. The room reeked of mold and urine, the property was filthy and unsafe, and there were unsavory people loitering around. It was absolutely nothing like the photos online.
