Entrance is difficult to find. Furniture shows wear. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Came into town about 10pm and didn't realize when I booked online the date had changed. The gentleman working was able to switch my date and get me a room. Fellow Steeler fan was a great help. Go Black and Gold!
Room not clean to my standard
The room was disgusting. Internet didn’t work. There was no staff available pubic tears in the shower Lougee on the pictures and so much noise for two nights that nobody was concerned with helping us.
