Complete absolute dump. Pool had human feces floating in it. Pool closed. All lights burnt out in lobby. Parking lot full of trash. Pulled in to check in. Parking lot had 27 squad police cars, they were taking down a man in the hallway full tackle by police. Place is an absolute war zone. Told front desk I am not staying here not safe. Refused to refund me $500 for 7 days stay. Never checked in. Place is a dump and should be shutdown Not safe place to stay. Place smelly like urine. Very rundown deliberated.
This is one nasty and dirty motel. I had to empty my own trash, stains were on the linens on one bed in my double room when I got there. They had the nerves to.not refund me my full deposit. They have homeless families living here with trash everywhere and kids running around like crazy
I was actually quite embarrassed to have my aunt and pick me up at this hotel the pictures make it look lovely but the place is actually one of the worst hotels that I have EVER visited. The parking lot looks like a big garbage dump. The entryway was so dark it looked like they weren't open, they have a nice fireplace that they should utilize. ⭐ 0 Star – Horrible Experience from Start to Finish I honestly don’t even know where to start — this place was absolutely disgusting. The pool was closed by the health department, which should tell you everything you need to know about how poorly this hotel is maintained. There were no signs, no explanation, and no apology, just a big “Closed” notice from the county. When I got to my room, things somehow got worse.
