Was told pool was closed for maintenance but would be open today. That was a lie. The first room they put us in was too far from WiFi to work. They moved us but dead battery in remote. Also found meth pipe in room. Brought meth pipe and remote to front desk. Clerk pretended to put new battery in but that didn’t work. Priceline called them and got us a refund. I reserved a two bed room for my kids and I. When I got there they said there was a mistake and I ended up getting a king room with one bed. The site offered Wi-Fi and free breakfast there was no Wi-Fi and there was a muffin for breakfast in a bag not the waffles and hot breakfast that was advertised on the website. I also reserved this hotel because it was advertised it had a pool. when I get there I find the pool has been closed by the health department there was also no internet or TV channels. No soap in our bathroom. No fitted sheet on the bed... wet towel on the floor in the bathroom. Listing said they had a pool, but it was empty when we were there. The front desk person was so checked out of reality and the whole lobby reaked of weed

whatever you do.. dont book here.. not only did the room have an oder of mildew, but smelled of weed and there were constant visits by the cops. loud yelling outside and next to my room and people fighting.. they were either drinking or getting high out side.. you can see and smell it. some things dont need to be out in the open. the room we were supposed to get, they werent going to give us. they wanted to switch the room til i said no.. he then gave me the one i paid for. there were ants in the bathroom and the amount of p... read more
