The location was great, safe, and interior entryway to this location was very clean, although very dark without all the lights on. The hallway smelled a little off, but once we got to our room the smell of mildew was absolutely overwhelming. Even after leaving the fan/ac on for several hours and coming back the odor was exactly the same amount of aggressive. This hotel does not live up to the expectations I had for Wyndham hotels in any way. This was unquestionably the worst hotel experience I have ever had, beginning at check-in and continuing straight through to check-out. When I checked in I was charged a previously unannounced $100 deposit that I was not charged at any other Wyndham property I have stayed at. We got a jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi was broken, the room didn’t have any blankets on the bed, it also didn’t have any towels. It was altogether a horrible experience I have pictures and have called to speak with the manager 4 times with not response back. And Wyndham is of no help to resolve the issue.

Checked into the room and found it had damage in the bathroom and the room smelled like mold n mildew also the room didn't have cable on the t.v. or a remote for the t.v. mentioned it to the front desk staff and he said I'll talk with the manager and try and get you a remote.
