Lied about their pet policy online -- turned us away despite having already paid for our reservation. Worker at the front desk had no interest in helping us.
Very clean rooms and Breakfast was nice.
Absolutely horrible. Disgusting hotel. Absolutely rude and disrespectful front desk. We checked in with a gentleman after booking through booking.com. It had all our information. We were traveling as a family of 4 with 2 dogs. We were unloading at the front door, in front of the desk. He questioned, “Who is staying in the room?” I responded, “My husband and me, my 2 sons, and the 2 dogs.” Finished unpacking. The room was disgusting. Made a reservation through Expedia. We are moving and have 2 cats. We paid for a pet room but they said they didn't have any rooms and the guy at the front wouldn't really help so we are stranded sleeping in car with cats now thanks.
Clean room, decently priced and the staff was very helpful and courteous.
