I travel for work. Hotels are always hit or miss. I was pleasantly surprised by this Baymont. I stayed here during the winter. There were plenty of rooms vacant. The night and morning staff were both friendly and courteous. The room was clean. If it hadn't been dangerously cold, there was a Walmart within walking distance.

Took a few mins to be let in building. Comfortable room, bed was not hard. The a/c unit doesn't have a constant fan feature, which i need to sleep well. Unfortunately I did not sleep well. The banging on doors at 7 am from other guests was annoying too but that's not on the hotel itself.

This place has THE WORST customer service of ANY hotel I’ve ever been at. The front desk clerk was rude, rude, rude. My card wouldn’t work and she absolutely refused to take cash. Nope, she didn’t want any money. Told me NO hotel would take my money. I promptly went across the street to the Cobblestone and got a room WITH CASH and got the most awesome service ever.
