My husband paid for a two night stay. Job needed early and he was out before the cut off the second day. Talked to receptionist and they stated they understood and would submit for a refund for the unused night. We have been given the run around and still no refund. This was June 6,2025 and here we are AUGUST 19th still no refund!!!!!!! I spoke to manager on August 4th and she acted like she had no idea and say she would submit it that day, never heard back from her. Upon arriving the lady at the front desk was beyond rude! There was mold in the bathroom, very noisy, air conditioner knob was broken. As we were leaving housekeeping were throwing dirty towels, bedding over the balcony above where we were walking instead of carrying them downstairs. The staff was rude. Would not recommend staying here.
