Very clean
Melissa is an absolute gem!!! The room was super small but very clean. Decent breakfast. But checking in was fabulous with Melissa, show her the $$$$$
We were put in a room and found that the door didn’t deadbolt. This is a serious safety issue, so we asked to switch rooms. The staff member was able to get us a different room, but this room had the same issue where it didn’t deadbolt. We then asked for a refund, so the staff member called her manager and said that a refund would be processed when the manager got in the next day.
