I live in Albuquerque NM and went to Belen NM for a birthday party of a friend. My husband and I are 79 Years old, and my husband is a disabled veteran. We had a confirmed reservation. When we arrived they refused to allow us to check in because we live in Albuquerque. No other explimation was provided. When we questioned the legality of there actions, they called the police dispite our request to talk to the manager. We enjoyed a great stay at Belen Baymont. We will use this motel again when traveling.
Our stay was nice and quiet. Rooms were clean.We will definitely stay again. The best part was, we're only 10 minutes away from family that lives in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised to find very clean rooms and a welcoming environment. I was able to check in on my cellphone before arriving. The service at the front desk was quick and good. The only issue I had is that the room did not have modern charging stations for cell phones. It's not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.
