The only word that comes to mind is UNSAFE. I found this hotel on Expedia website and it looks nothing like advertised, which was my first concern. After driving around the building, several times, there were absolutely no parking spots. Most of the parking were taken by trucks with trailers attached taking up several parking spots. Then towards the back of the building, there were several people just hanging out in lawn chairs, smoking, and drinking. Reserve 10 rooms for our softball team it's 5:00 pm only half the rooms already a bit ridiculous. You would think for $3K they would have them ready. Lesson learned no more staying at the Baymont
The rooms are extremely nice. I love that the room has a small kitchen. This made it easy to prepare food for two small kids and a small dog. You can also park directly in front of your room if you are on the bottom floor which makes unpacking and packing the car smoother. Then even better, the entrance to get on I-10 is right down the way.
Convinient located next to I10. Room was clean, only minus was the kitchen sink on the floor in the room and in the morning it stank really bad like sewage. Luckily we were leaving. But it looked like there were plenty of rooms still available. So, I'm not sure why you would put someone in a room like that. The lady who made the breakfast was a joy to be around. Also the breakfast was better than in some bigger hotels we stayed in.
