I had one of the worst experiences during my recent stay at this hotel. Everything seemed fine at first, but when I returned to my room after housekeeping had been in, I noticed my Pandora bracelet was missing. I searched the entire room multiple times, checked my luggage, and even moved furniture around, but it was gone. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff didn’t seem concerned or helpful. For what I needed, this hotel was perfect. Both the day and night managers were very friendly and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. The rooms were visibly decent. I had originally booked a king room, which came with a small kitchenette and mini fridge. However, after one toilet flush caused an issue, I had to switch rooms. This place is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. We travel for work 90 percent of the year and I have never dealt with such manipulative, unprofessional staff. They violated my ADA (American Disability Association) by constantly harassing me about my medical alert animal, telling me she can't be over 50 pounds and asking me what my sickness was! Worst part is I had my period and the sheets were soiled and they charged me $250 dollars! They locked my boyfriend out the room to get his card info with no credit car... read more
