This place was a blessing!!! After a nightmare hotel at our last stay, me and my sister were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness/service of the Baymont in Beaumont!! Every worker there was pleasant and helpful. The hot breakfast was amazing and the lobby was immaculately clean. Our hotel room was updated with a beautiful contemporary look and tech and was super clean, especially the bathroom!! We are on a road trip and this was a perfect location for the evening! The hotel has been recently renovated so we took a chance and it definitely paid off! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the little kitchenette was super nice to be able to cook a small meal when we arrived and not have to go and get food! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is when we checked in the gal at the front desk was terrible! One of the best cleanest hotels I ever been to. They were always out my business. I would not stay at another hotel but thank you for making each one of my stays amazing.
my daughter and I stayed here for her birthday weekend July 9 to 11 and pool was locked there was blood on sheets walls pillowcases mold in bathroom and dirty refrigerator seemed they dropped ball on this room housekeeping need to step their game up so does management I will be requesting a full refund do not stay here I am attaching pictures they need to be more customer oriented yes definitely won't stay here again definitely ddnt feel safe at all not worth the price at all needs remodeling
Ich reise ja wirklich viel - aber was ich hier vor Ort erlebt habe, sprengt echt alles. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von einer sehr jungen Rezeptionistin "begrüßt", die lautstark ein Onlinegame spielte. Datenschutz ist hier ein Fremdwort, das Einchecken wurde nebenbei durchgeführt, wobei die Angst bestand, dass beim Videospiel vom live dazugeschalteten Spielpartner gemogelt wird. Nun gut.
