I stay in hotels for my job and this hotel has by far the best costumer service I have experienced in a long time. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is pretty good but the costumer service really sells this place.
We really enjoyed the pool with our little kiddos. They have a small, warm 1ft pool that was perfect for our baby and toddler! The main pool was also really nice, and a great temperature; The guy at the front desk was very nice and so helpful.
Worst experience ever....booked me into a room that was in the middle of renovation....moved me to another room TV didn't work....move me to another room where the heater was on full blast...spent 4 hours trying to cool it down as AC was not working....ill never use this hotel again¡!!!!!
The rooms were great, the location is great, and the pool area was awesome. The general manager, head housekeeper, and maid were in our room while we were out, then tried to assess a carpet cleaning fee for having pets, when we checked in with pets and pets were allowed. The pets were never left in the room, never peed or pooped in the room, and when they found out I worked for hotel industry, and knew the laws, they banned us from all 3 of their hotels in the Brainerd Minnesota area.
