The rooms were big and seemed to be updated. The front desk was rude and indifferent. The hotel was nearly empty and they stuck us in a room that was dirty missing a pillow didn’t have coffee but had a coffee maker and a broken chair. You would think that in an empty hotel they would have a handful of rooms that they could keep a100% you know move a good chair in keep the coffee stocked etc. this place would have so much potential if they could clean and had a decent maintenance man.
Had issues with my TV. Was moved to another room that had roaches/bugs. I'm not going to post the ones I killed. I still have pictures. Service was depending on who was on hand. The location is ideal. My first room with the bad TV had no roaches/bugs and no signs of them. Maybe just a one-off of someone's personal luggage. The hotel seems to be in decline. I've been going there for some years, and its decline could be from over usage and lack of upkeep. It's still not a bad place for a layover.
Convenient location with pleasant service. Unfortunately the place wasn’t very clean. Floor was dirty, room dusty, bathroom walls were stained, room chairs were disgusting. More like a subpar Super 8 than a Baymont. The AC did work well and the place was quiet.
