Our stay at the hotel is average. The location of the hotel is close by outlets, malls, and resturants along the long road strip, that is a plus. A good drive to different destinations in the area. Stephanie the front concierge is helpful, informative, and kind to us. My partner and I stayed at room 161. I can see the progress of updating the room with the bedding, flooring, ceiling, and furnature are updated. The only thing that is outdated is the bathroom. Excellent service by all staff special thanks to Steven and Young man working breakfast sunday morningI forgot to ask his name. Checkin was quick and convenient I enjoyed the live folk music db thomasthe beds were fluffy I slept like a warm snuggly baby. Hope to return soon. Staff was very helpful with all my questions and concerns
Hot tub in the room was worth the small extra expense via priceline. NEVER get a rate thru the hotel. It was twice as much! Drawback was they tried to close the kitchen 45 min early so would ONLY serve fried foods. Not even pre-prepared refrigerated foods! That sucked. Overall, a very nice stay and I slept really good!
Good location and friendly staff. It was a well needed rest. On our way to New York City to drop off our kid for college.
