Dirty, feels like a run-down motel. Kids screaming, dogs barking, and nothing like the photos. “Breakfast” was cereal and juice. TV kept losing signal, no trash can, holes in walls, stained floors, and trash in the halls. Wouldn’t stay again.
Worst room you could ever go to first they have no staff to help with anything and the ones who are here don’t care about their customers. They have loud dogs barking all night. Everything seem old and nothing works properly. Holes in the walls , carpet very nasty , rooms smell like animals and to top it off the internet doesn’t work at all so you can’t even watch tv just horrible I highly doubt not recommend
It's now been 3 months that I've been trying to get a refund from this hotel for two rooms that were far too disgusting for any human to stay in. The manager is conveniently never at the hotel and the front desk staff are absolutely useless. I've been promised a refund and return phone calls and all sorts of action that never seems to happen. I would recommend staying literally anywhere else. A tent on the sidewalk would be better than this hotel.
Since they don't wanna work out with my booking agent to give my money back. I took the liberty to post some of the disgusting things in my room. Also not to mention I had to stock my own toilet paper due to no maid or manager never being found
Terrible, terrible, terrible.. We checked in and not even 5 mins later we were checking out and asking for our money back. The room was awful in everyway. I knew something was off the min I walked into the property to check in. We litteraly ran out of there and were able to find other better accomodations near by.
