Since me and my family first stayed at this hotel, the owners and staff have been nothing but kind, respectful and understanding. They have helped out with accommodations while construction is being underway and kept our price in a reasonable range to continue to stay. Being able to stay in one location since moving from Texas has given me and my family a stable living space until we are ready to move and I am very grateful for the staff and managers for helping us.
Battlecreek location: Worst experience ever. This building has bedbugs, we showed proof there was bedbugs in our bed and the manager was so disrespectful and inappropriate towards me when all I was asking for was a refund since we had to leave in the middle of the night due to bugs being in our bed. I will continue to put this company on blast until they refund me after our experience and the way I was treated by Michael the manager
The Rylee kid behind the counter was very nice. Helped me find a great room with fair pricing. Although my toilet wasn’t flushed😡. Would recommend!
