DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned and renovated. We booked 2 nights for our family of 4. As soon as we got into the room, we could tell that no one has put a penny into fixing or updating anything. The toilet takes so long to flush that it clogged and overflowed onto the floor. The bathroom walls were full of holes, paint missing, rusty everything, and MOLD and hair in the shower. It's very obviously not cleaned (if it is, it's not done very well.) The cleaning lady was great to get us what we needed but, will never return. They promised on the phone their hottub worked and it was as cold as could be. Several were complaining about it but they said they would not put it any warmer! They did not even try to accommodate the customers! They could have taken the time to help by getting it warmer. Not a place to enjoy! Paid a lot of money to celebrate our daughter's birthday but didn't end up nice!

Read the reviews before booking here. Its absolutely ridiculous! Pool was beyond cold. Hot tub was so cold and wasnt working. We asked the front desk what was going on. They said someone would come out and look at it. They never came out. So we asked again. And all they said was "Someone would come out to look at it tomorrow" okay the whole reason I booked this place was for the hot tub... oh let's not forget.
