First of all room was not clean toilet was plugged upon check in bathroom door didn't close blanket had holes and stains hot tub was not hot pool was not clean no pool towels available the front desk was left un manned people looking for help can't find anyone breakfast terrible not much to offer juice machine didn't work ice machine on first floor didn't work we will not be back

The carpet was dirty, my feet were black after I took my shoes off. It took us 15 minutes to get the direct TV to turn on.

The room was clean, except for greasy marks on the wood furniture and headboards. Cleaning products for wood would be effective for cleaning it up. The shower head was cheap and old. They provide tiny bottles of Dove shampoo and conditioner. They also provide a tiny bar of Dove soap. Bring your own toiletries. There's no orange juice in the orange juice dispenser on the free continental breakfast bar. It dispenses water. In case you're wondering, there's no scrambled eggs available on the breakfast buffet.
