No hot water elevator work work sometimes. Staff didn’t seem concerned about either.
Didn't want to complain right away because I was afraid of repercussions while I was there but I found a pair of men's red boxer shorts under the dresser in the bathroom, I had to tighten the toilet seat befit was so wobbly, were the screws are that hold the seat on was dried pee and the bottom arthe floor was dirty! This hotel is conveniently located in the center of the main street through town. The bathroom was NOT clean. We used our own cleaning products to clean hair off toilet amd tub. The bathtub took several tries before getting it clean. There was urine around the toilet on the floor. When I moved the tissue holder, there was a brown ring. The staff was friendly enough, but we will not stay again.
