We stopped here for the night. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and up to date. We didn't go down for breakfast so I can't comment on that regard. I would stay again.

I'm lost for words the staff was awesome we come to the baymont everytime we are in albany visiting family great customer service I wish I can give you guys 100 stars. Oh yes of course Mrs Brenda was awesome my granddaughter left her apple watch we was about to get on the road she called us back great job what more can you ask for great loyalty and trust I promise you we'll always stay at the baymont once again thanks guys

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool, as I was traveling to Albany for my son's college orientation at ASU and had my three young children (all under the age of 6) with me. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing—especially for the nearly $300 I spent for what was essentially a one-night stay. The main issue was with the towels and the pool. I was introduced to the Baymont Wyndham in 2023. My stay here is always pleasant. The staff is always courteous and willing to accommodate any needs that you may have. The rooms, and breakfast area are always clean, and the area is very well lit at night. The fact that they are pet friendly is definitely a plus. It's always a pleasure to visit and talk with Lysheria and John. I look forward to visiting again and thank you for great quality customer service.
