I cant say enough about this hotel. The staff is 5 stars!! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Property is so well maintained and secure for thise pet lovers like me. Ice machines work. Internet is excellent and you have a nice continental breakfast with a nice sitting area to enjoy a cup of coffee and the news.
BUGS! Woke up in the middle of the night itching all over with welts. Upon inspecting the bed found smear brown blood marks and a dead bug on the mattress. We were made to switch rooms with my postpartum daughter who we were escorting back and forth to the hospital since her baby remained in the NICU. I asked to be compensated back for just the ONE night we had to move and was met with “ it costs them money to hire an exterminator “ so I could only be refunded 30% of one night which came to 24.22 cents. We stopped here for the night. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and up to date. We didn't go down for breakfast so I can't comment on that regard. I would stay again.
I'm lost for words the staff was awesome we come to the baymont everytime we are in albany visiting family great customer service I wish I can give you guys 100 stars. Oh yes of course Mrs Brenda was awesome my granddaughter left her apple watch we was about to get on the road she called us back great job what more can you ask for great loyalty and trust I promise you we'll always stay at the baymont once again thanks guys
