The location is central to where I need to go to, easy access and quiet I've stayed before but this time there were holes in the sheets and in the coverlet. There was one tissue in the tissue box,no bar of soap at the sink, and the desk blocks the bottom of the full length mirror.
The room had not been cleaned, when we arrived the toilet paper roll needed to be changed, the room did not smell clean. My husband called the front desk and was over talked about the room being clean. She wouldn't listen to him express his concerns. When I got ready to take a shower there was hair in the bottom of the shower and on the shampoo bottle. We went to speak with the front desk and be told us no one was available to clean the shower.
