Room was filthy, dingey and just gross. Nasty "stains" on the bed, dust everywhere, hadn't been vacuumed, poor repairs to drywall in the bathroom. Told reception about it and said I'd rather just sleep in my truck, and they said "okay" and checked me out. For $160 i expected a whole lot more. Wow. So im sleeping in my truck now.
Upon arrival front desk was friendly got our keys and went to the room as always I check the beds and bathroom and the toilet was covered in urine and pubic hair went to the front desk and told the lady and she was apologetic and gave me a different room a double queen bed when I rented a king . Anyway went to the new room and it was late at this point I just needed a shower and sleep the tub was disgusting I cleaned it myself and showered. Let’s say housekeeping is not any good there. Decent hotel, overpriced but nice rooms. Terrible pillows
Checked in Aug 9 while going on the 127 yard sale. Front of hotel needs some updating and cleaning. Front desk staff was nice. Upon checking into our room noticed the walls looked like they had some water damage at the ceiling and some black stuff on the walls. The sheets were so thin and the comforter had stains on it. Went to take a bath/shower and the tub was grimy dirty. Wiped with a white washcloth to show front desk how dirty it was. They came and spot cleaned it but was still dirty.
