Horrible customer service! I booked my room and had a medical emergency where I passed out and couldn't make it to my room due to being rushed to the ER and they were not able to refund my money even when I have medical records!! VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
No fridge, no microwave. Thought those were standard. My bad for not paying attention. Endless hallways with endless rooms and one elevator (that barely fits two people). If you like shaving and doing your makeup in the dark then the bathroom light is perfect for you. Ice machine and vending machines are only on the first floor. The treatment was horrible from the moment I’ve arrived and I found bed bugs.

I really wanted to leave this place a good review as an airport parking option but after the shuttle driver told me to call and reserve the return trip shuttle day of, I was just told by the front desk that this service is not available, which is a scam because after I pay for an uber to go retrieve my car the price to park here is basically the same as airport parking. Scam, liars and avoid coming here to park at all costs.
