Kept calling them about a shuttle bus from the airport, and they lied saying that it would come for about a hour and a half, until they said they stopped running.

Shuttle never showed up and I waited outside for two hours freezingly until cellphone drained then gave up. The front desk keeps saying there's traffic issues. Google maps didn't show any congestion between airport and the hotel. It's 12am midnight and she said there's traffic problems. Other Wyndham showed many times during the two hours. If any air liners offer this hotel , please reject.

I would like to give it minus if I can. Waiting in the freezing for two hours until my cellphone drained but their shuttle never showed up. The frontdesk kept saying there's traffic issue but you check the Google map there is no traffic between 10pm to 12am. Other hotels' shuttle showed every 15 minutes. Give up because concerning if they could send me back to the airport in the morning. American Airline is aware of this situation but AA sucks as much as this hotel does. We stayed here (two nights in a row)after American Airlines canceled our flight two nights in a row. Both nights the room was average level of clean. The second night we noticed there was a good amount of trash under the bed. The first night there wasn’t any soap in the shower. Everything is old and outdated. They still have doors that say smoking section and non smoking section. The second night we got in at 1:30am and received a call from the front desk at 2:30am which woke us up.
