AC doesn’t work. No phones in room to call front desk. No privacy door hangers. Only protein available at breakfast is sausage patties. Shuttle does NOT run the hours it’s posted. Customer service level is “you can talk to the manager” Nothing at all to do in this area so if you’re stuck here, you’re limited to the hotel itself. Was booked here by the airline after my flight was canceled, horrible experience and I’d be even more pissed if this was my money going to this stay.

It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's an old bathroom, people were smoking weed. I booked it because it had airport service, and right at the moment they told me it didn't. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

I never leave reviews, but this place was so bad, I had to say something. We were put here by the airline after a flight cancelation, and it was a miserable experience from start to finish. 1. The AC doesn’t work — our room had an E8 error on the unit, and with the Chicago humidity, it was unbearable. 2. No in-room phone — so when you have an issue (like… no AC?), good luck getting help without physically walking to the desk. 3. No shampoo or conditioner — just one sad bar of soap. Bare minimum? This place is overpriced for what it is. It’s just close to the airport. I would recommend spending a bit more and not sleeping in a rundown building if you need to be close to the airport
