First let me say that I travel extensively across the world so I know that places can have bad days and I am really flexible, but this is way past a bad day. A US$100 security deposit was charged at check-in at La Quinta Orlando South, with the promise it would be refunded after check-out. The refund was never processed, and I received no explanation from the hotel. Very disappointing experience. I am still waiting for my money back

Mr. Shah is one of the nicest manager at the Super 8 motel on Carmen Rd in Schenectady. He always accommodated us in a friendly and helpful manner! I know this motel had bad press in the past, but Mr. Shah changed it to a better place to stay. I would definitely give this Super 8 a 5 Star Rating, Including Mr. Shah!!!!

The breakfast was good. Everything else was another matter. I woke up in the morning to see that I had been sleeping in a dried up pool of MENSTRUAL BLOOD. Not only do they not change the sheets, they don't even check for soiled linen. In the morning I told the desk clerk that my reservation was made by my granddaughter and that she forgot to ask for my military discount. The desk clerk wrote a new bill and printed me a receipt. Travel Lodge motel in Grants Pass is letting prostitution go on right under there nose I stayed there and had a lady by the name of Angel tried to get me to come to her room I went to the frount desk and complained andall they did was smile at me like they new it I am glad I didn't have my kids with me to see this If I would of new her room I would of called the cops on her I asked for a refund and they told me know refunds are given out as I had bbeen in the room for a couple hours The room was not very clean and TV ... read more

Stayed from Thurs 12-11-25 (overnite) 12-12-25.. bathroom was somewhat unbelievable. Sink vanity was caulked so much that it had pulled away from wall, toilet lid was crack fully.. multiple holes in walls of bathroom.. TV remote back door fell off.. 1 battery fell out.. bed wasn't bad.. So?? For 80.00 that's what I got.. I won't go back.. I'd bn better off getting a room @ say?? 200.00& no complaints.... If you have a choice? Don't choose this place..

My stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in Galesburg, Illinois was a negative experience for many reasons. When I first arrived, nobody was staffing the reception desk; there was a sign that staff had stepped away, and guests should pick up the phone on the counter. When I picked up the phone handset, nobody answered, so I said, "Hello?" A female voice said, "I'm coming!" Very unfriendly and unprofessional. THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I had 3 nights booked for October 23-26 and when my family and I checked in it was terrible! There were black foot/boot prints on the wall, smelt badly of smoke, prostitutes wondering around the hotel, bathroom not clean, stains on the bedding. I have tried to contact the hotel numerous times (almost daily) to discuss a refund but they have not called/written back and their staff is rude and hung up on me.
