Only a star because I had to. Save yourself the time and money. Room was disgusting. Blood on the walls and lamp shade. Dirty bed skirting. Mildew/moldy musky smell in the room. Spider webs. Visable leaks on the ceiling and in the window. Refused to refund my money. Stayed long enough to get pictures. Was even refused a manager. Was given a email address to contact. Real business like.
Customer Service: 0 -If you need extra tissue, you will have to explain why. -There is no working phone number for this location. Try the one on Google or through the third party vendor as I did, or have your third party vendor call directly & still no answer. -You need to move your vehicle from the temporary check in area directly in front of the hotel almost instaneously as you get checked in.
