Bed bugs,rusty racks in bathroom and scratches all down the halls & elevator...too much transient traffic and dirty workers everywhere...then unresponsive management on the complaints...don't go

Our room is dirty, we booked 2 and they were all the way across the building from each other. Our mirror was dirty with stains and our wall An extremely loud guest outside our room on the seats by the exit talking extremely loud with his phone on speaker Pulled blankets down for bed stains all over bed

Had to get a suite as single rooms were booked. Room size was good. That's the only good thing about it. Seriously needs a remodel. TV didn't work, nor did the fridge. Amenities were sparce. Breakfast was nearly the poorest I've ever experienced. I like weak coffee, but theirs was a tea! No eggs. I won't stop there again.

Giving two stars only because both the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Jay was awesome, he's the one that checked me in. Unfortunately that's where the good ends, and I hope management takes this constructive criticism I'm about to offer into consideration because my goal is not to cause this hotel to close down, it's to see them succeed. Amanda was so very friendly, what a refreshing attitude after a long day of driving. Room was spacious and a good bargain. Location was ok, very convenient. Breakfast was provided and saved me a trip in the morning.
