The personnel at the Carrollton Regional Medical Center-Woman’s Imaging are all very nice and professional. It was a hard decision to go elsewhere for my screenings because I’ve gone to Trinity for literally decades. But——this year I went to their website to make an appointment for my annual mammogram and my biennial bone density screening. If you just need the mammogram, it’s no problem. Hussein Zainy was so helpful and skilled and made me feel at ease for the MRI! Everone communicates well here and is so well organized! Loved everyone I came in contact with including the front desk folks! Great experience!
Came here for my CT Calcium score and really did not like my tech that hooked me up to the machine. She did not want to listen to my needs and what I was saying. She also didn’t prep me that the machine would tell me to intermittently hold my breath and breathe. The machine told me in a very muffled voice. I told the tech after that she didn’t prep me and she told me “well next time you need to listen” which I was very disturbed to hear. My experience was not good.
