Prior to my child’s surgery, the post operative medication prescriptions were called into my pharmacy for pick up but no one - nurse/surgeon followed up on the error message they received from the pharmacy so we did not have any medication prior to surgery. The day of surgery I was told that the pain medication would be ready for our pick up from the pharmacy when we arrived home. Dr. Kyle Norris is absolutely amazing. He and his staff extremely knowledgeable in woman's health especially with prolapse. From my very first visit, he took the time to listen carefully, answer all my questions, and explain every step of the process in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. Patient has been in ER for 8 hours. Waiting for a room. Asking for her neurothophy meds and just gets we will check from the desk. Next time we will bring her meds from home.
Dr. Kinman was the Absolute Best!!! I was so nervous about all the issues I was having and Dr. Kinman explained everything clear and concise. She put it in detail terms that I could understand. I do not know how Dr. Muriel Boreham is continuing to stay in business. She is a lousy dr, who does not know anything about how to properly repair a vaginal prolapse. I let her do my surgery in 2021 and I now have the same issue - only worse!! DO NOT let her do your prolapse vaginally as it will not stay. It needs to be done via the sling!
Absolutely the worst customer service/doctor/nurse/patient relations possible. Only use them because locked in by insurance from employer. Have been waiting 3 days for nurse callback so far. 2 days from patient relations without callback. AGAIN, the specialty clinic has screwed up prescription renewals beyond imagination. Total incompetence. On top of that, you cannot call them. When Mychart is working, they still do not get prescriptions right OR call you back after repeated pleas. Tried to make appt with dermatology today. They said 7 plus months for appointment. That is they can see me in 2026. lol. I have issues now that cant wait that long to be seen. I will go elsewhere to get seen in a timely manner. This is ridiculous. nobody with major skin issues can wait a year to be seen. Horrible service. Thanks for nothing baylor scott white dermatology dept.
