Front Desk Receptionist Jackie wasn’t very helpful and talked to me like a teenager. Asking why I was late to my appointment and assumed I been to the clinic before. After she found out that I never been to the clinic that she started to be less rude, because she knew she was in the wrong. I had to park on top floor 8 of the parking garage and was overwhelmed trying to find the clinic tucked away inside the hospital. Terrible communication. I have made 2 appointments here and each time I arrived I have found I can’t be seen because a nurse practitioner isn’t there or they closed and didn’t contact me. They didn’t even accommodate to see me the next day when they chose to close and not contact me. I recommend. I recommend The Cullen location, I called let them know my situation and they let me come in day of, something this clinic wouldn’t do . Won’t be returning to this location.

She took every bit of medical info given&made informed health decisions & now she’s 26 w/a beautiful healthy son (my one & only grandchild) THANK YOU for all your help in our community!!!!
Ok seriously this place is awesome. 1st of all I'm so grateful to have these services available at no cost!! You can get all the check ups (blood/urine tests &a pap smear along w/ prescriptions!!) Until the day you turn 25 (these rules may change any time I assume) the staff was so kind & thorough. They really made me feel comfortable and made the visit as quick as possible.
