Staff up front was rude and appeared to care less how the patient was feeling. I NEVER received a call prior to surgery regarding directions. My doctor even had me call them to see if I needed to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I spoke to a lady who said oh no if you were told 840 that’s the time you should arrive. The next day I had my phone blowing up asking where I was because I was late. As a result they weren’t real happy with me when I did arrive.
