I like Dr.. Nguyen, the wait in the waiting room is extremely long. I just can't afford to waste so much time. From the time I come in, which is usually 15 minutes before appointment time, the wait is about 45 minutes to an hour before he even sees you. Then you wait another 30 minutes before he comes to the examining room.
Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor IF you can get the office to answer the phone to make appointment. Called and held for 30 minutes, called back and held for 15 mins; have yet to talk to anyone.
