If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I absolutely would. My experience at this clinic was a complete nightmare, and it was entirely due to the front desk employee named America. She was unbelievably unprofessional, dismissive, and negligent from the moment we walked in. Instead of being helpful or showing even basic customer service, she had a rude attitude and acted like we were an inconvenience. They were professional, fast, and had the best costumer service!!! The whole staff was amazing with my 7 year old.
My experience was great from checking in to checking out. I was seen within a hour and half after scheduling. Stephanie Henderson was very caring, I was very nervous about going to an urgent care for something as serious as a lancing. Due to my starting a new job and changing insurance company. I have been looking for new PCP for the last month. But she did awesome putting me at ease and taking care of my issue. I would definitely recommend her and the office. Thank you
