We’ve been to this location twice and saw Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth both times. She is wonderful, as well as front desk staff and nurses. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes both times!
Everyone was so professional and caring. Got me in, in 25min and did all the test need and was out in 1hr.
The doctor and all the staff were very friendly! Took care of me quickly and proficiently!
Drove 45 minutes to go to this urgent care . Walking in there were no patients waiting in the lobby . To me this was a relief , thinking there wouldn’t be a problem to get seen. As I go up to the front desk to ask to be seen I was told that i wouldn’t be able to be seen until 6:30-7 ….. I walked in around 2:30 so it would’ve been a 4-5 hour wait. Wouldn’t let me schedule an appointment, told me on the phone that they take walk ins. I show up, they had me wait and then turned me away stating they were at capacity. This is an “urgent care” clinic right?!? But sorry about your bad luck. We have one person in the waiting room (showed up after me) and now they are at capacity. You’ve got to be kidding me.
