This happened 10am ish on July 5th, 2026. An older lady (think 90+) was in the waiting room. The front desk people were trying to call her husband to come pick her up but didn’t get an answer. She very obviously had some type of dementia. She was confused and agitated and kept saying she wanted her husband and to go home. They (being the front desk people- a man and a woman. First time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review on an urgent care because WOW! Our toddler had a pretty good run in with her toe and a dog gate and was bleeding pretty bad. Their entire team did such an amazing job making her feel safe and calm which also calmed us down as parents almost instantly! Seriously, our girl has always been a little shy (bordering on fearful) at doctors visits and she was talking to everyone like they were lifelong friends. This is by far the best urgent care I have ever been to. Front desk staff was very personable and helpful. The care providers were kind and had me in and out of their office quickly.

All staff were very nice. We were happy with the care my husband received which is the main thing. However, we had an 11:20 am appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early. We were not seen until 1 p.m. That's a long time to be waiting! Why were we allowed to schedule, or at the very least, not informed when we checked in of the long wait?
