I had a walk in at this clinic and when I checked in, I specifically said I wanted to get labs done for my medical condition. They proceeded to schedule me for urgent care. When I spoke to the Provider, the Provider said he cannot order labs and that only a family care Provider can order labs because there needs to be a follow-up. Avoid at all costs - actively shady billing practices. On multiple occasions, they have attempted to double bill physical appointments for completely fake "additional concerns". They will not provide any evidence of this, and you have to sit on the phone with them for hours on end trying to get this corrected. This is an endemic issue and they appear to have no interest in correcting the problem. Fast today. I took my fiancé here because he wasn’t feeling well. He got some nausea medicine but when we got back home he had a pretty high fever. He was dial with a stomach bug but I believe he has the flu.

I was very scared and worried about this place because I read some of the reviews but my boyfriend and their family insisted it was a good place. The staff were very straight to the point. (I also went early in the morning… so I can understand sometimes we aren’t always a morning person) The wait wasnt too long. The nurse I had was so sweet and funny! I loved her! And the doctor I had. Omg so sweet! Everyone is so kind. I read a comment that everyone is mean…. Or unethical. But I didn’t see that at all.
