I came in with severe back pain radiating to my arm and chest. I could barely stand, sit, or drive. They checked me in and left me waiting a long time while in pain, only to later call me back up to the front desk and tell me they were down to one urgent care doctor and that doctor had just gone to lunch. I am furious that my time was wasted while I was in such severe pain. This urgent care will never be an option for me again. They should have been upfront.
Dr. Frank Betenski is the absolute best!!
Just spent most of the last day of 2024 in the waiting room! Called for an appointment at 7:59 am and was told not appointments were available but the office on Rivery in Georgetown has a walk-in clinic. Great info so I arrived at the clinic and signed in and was told it could be up to a three hour wait. Not ideal but thw waiting room was pretty full so the wait was better than nothing.
