Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this “urgent care” clinic - it’s a complete SCAM. For starters they will bill you for a HOSPITAL visit (think in patient/ER) - even though the entrance says “Urgent Care.” Take the positive reviews with a grain of salt - they were likely written by unsuspecting patients who had not gotten their outrageous bills yet. BSW apparently rents the office out to a shady independent doctors group (Team Health / Innovative Emergency Physicians) that does not employ BSW doctors and refuses to work... read more
They say its an urgent care but its an emergency and their multiple billing system is expensive , I would treat this is an emergency than an urgent care , no wonder this place is always empty
As a Baylor employee with Baylor insurance we chose this urgent care. On arrival we were told by front desk receptionist that this is a partially private owned facility and the MDs may not be in network. She told us this is NOT a Baylor facility even though there are Baylor signs all over it. We had to load my sick daughter back into the car and drive to Baylor Plano Urgent Care clinic. Not a positive experience.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This is NOT BAYLOR SCOTT and they DO NOT BILL as an URGENT CARE CENTER. They follow dubious billing practices - I got charged for inpatient and NOT as Urgent care. I had to PAY this higher amount for a physician assistant who largely DID NOTHING - just sent me to the real Baylor Emergency for chest pain.
Great! Glad they are there as I can't get an appointment with my GP anymore.
