I was in excruciating pain and waited. Three hours to be seen just so the nurse practitioner can tell me I don’t know how to help you. She literally saw me within less than 10 minutes and told me to see my primary care doctor b/c she couldn’t help! I left in tears and I will never be back to any Baylor Scott and White office. I paid a chunk of money just to not be helped and waste my damn time.
If you need "Urgent Care" then you'll probably be waiting 2+ hours to be seen the same day. Appointments by phone call otherwise. Nice staff at least
