This is hands down the worst clinic of any kind I have ever been to. The receptionist wants to know your medical history, the nurse practitioner is always 40 minutes late (words from the receptionist), and they will tell you whatever they need to get you out of their office. No wonder there are only 3 reviews on this place, I should have taken that into account before I visited.
I have occasional issues with my back, so thankful I discovered Texas Spine & Joint clinic! A family member had recently fallen down the stairs and hurt her back UC could not treat the problem so off to ER-6hrs later she was back home. Not here! I was having some pretty severe back pain & came across this wonderful clinic. I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff, paperwork completed , taken into xray, once again friendly and very professional, very shortly after I was seen by the NP. Whole staff was welcoming, friendly, and compassionate. Wait time was not long at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Glad I was referred here.
I was so impressed with my experience today.. The staff was very helpful and truly wanting to help you. They got me back very quickly. The best part was I never felt rushed. I was in terrible pain. They figured out my problem and gave me solutions. I definitely will tell all my friends. In the future if anyone in my family has a problem this will definitely be our first stop.
